Meet Your Therapist
Lizbeth Montes, LCSW
Founder & Therapist · EMDR trained · Bilingual (English & Español)
I created this practice to offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you've been carrying. My approach is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed , I integrate EMDR and mind-body therapy approaches to help you feel more connected, regulated, and at ease.
As a first-generation Latina, I understand the pressure of navigating family expectations, cultural identity, and being "la fuerte", the one everyone else relies on.
Therapy with me is collaborative and paced according to your needs. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting , just a willingness to begin.
I work with teens and adults navigating:
Trauma & EMDR
Anxiety & depression
Grief & life transitions
Attachment wounds
Therapy is available in English and Spanish, in person or via telehealth.
Rosie Cisneros, LSW
Therapist · Bilingual (English & Español)
I became a therapist because I’m genuinely curious about people—their stories, experiences, and the patterns that shape their lives. I strive to create a welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
My Guatemalan and Mexican roots have shaped how I understand culture, family, identity, and connection. I offer a culturally responsive environment where clients can explore their experiences openly and without judgment.
My approach is relational, strength-based, holistic, and collaborative. I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity into therapy while gently challenging clients in ways that support meaningful growth and change.
I work with teens and adults navigating:
Anxiety and life transitions
Cultural identity and family expectations
Relationships and personal growth
Therapy is available in English and Spanish, in person or via telehealth.
ROOTED IN CULTURE
Where We Come From
Our approach is shaped by lived experience, not just training , bringing genuine cultural understanding to the families and individuals we work with.
The marigold in our logo reflects a symbol of resilience, remembrance, and connection rooted in Mexican tradition. Just like the marigold, healing can hold both depth and resilience at the same time , honoring where we come from while continuing to grow.
